Incident report submitted to police May 3, 2004 by Eldon Kramer

Dan Frazier's comments: As a courtesy to Mr. Kramer, I have blacked out  information that would reveal the whereabouts of Kramer's house, though this information is in the public domain. His statement refers to a Toyota pickup. We did use a pickup with a camper top, but most of the other details about the truck are wrong, including the license plate number. However, he was right about Kucinich bumper sticker.
