My wife and I rarely drive. We bicycle most places we need to go. We have three bike trailers and various containers that attach to our bicycles to carry groceries, hardware, lumber, just about anything. About the only thing I have yet to tow behind a bicycle is a car. 

Of course, it helps that we live in a small town and happen to live within a few miles of most places that we need to go.
